Gonçalo Guerra is the Partner responsible for the Advisory practice at Grant Thornton Portugal and serves as the firm's International Liaison Director, coordinating international relationships and cross-border projects.
He has been with Grant Thornton since 1998 and has more than 25 years of experience in advisory and corporate finance services.
His expertise focuses particularly on:
- Due diligence;
- Business valuation;
- Restructuring;
- Economic and financial feasibility studies;
- Transaction and investment advisory;
- Coordination of international projects.
Throughout his career, he has been involved in some of the firm's most significant projects in Portugal, advising clients across a wide range of industries on complex transactions and investment operations.
He holds a degree in Economics and postgraduate qualifications in Business Consulting and Financial Analysis. He is a member of the Portuguese Order of Economists.
