GTIL and each of the GTIL member firms are separate and independent legal entities.

GTIL is a non-practicing international entity incorporated as a private company limited by guarantee in England and Wales. GTIL acts as the coordinating entity for the international network of Grant Thornton member firms but does not provide services in its own name.

Professional services are provided by the Grant Thornton member firms, each of which is an independent legal entity. GTIL and its member firms are not agents, representatives, partners, joint venturers, or legal representatives of one another, nor do they have authority to bind or obligate any other entity within the network. No member firm is liable for the acts or omissions of GTIL or any other member firm, and GTIL is not liable for the acts or omissions of any member firm.

The name “Grant Thornton,” the Grant Thornton logo, including the Mobius symbol, and any trademarks, trade names, logos, or other distinctive signs associated with the Grant Thornton brand are trademarks owned by or licensed to GTIL, unless otherwise stated. All copyrights, intellectual property rights, and other rights relating to the content, logos, trademarks, and materials made available on this website are reserved by their respective owners.
