Susana Melo is a Managing Partner at Grant Thornton Portugal and Head of the Business Process Solutions practice, having joined the firm in 1999.
She has extensive experience in taxation, accounting, and financial outsourcing, advising national and international clients across a wide range of industries.
Throughout her career, she has led projects in the following areas:
- Tax advisory;
- Tax compliance;
- Due diligence;
- Advisory services for Portuguese and international investors;
- International mobility;
- VAT;
- Financial and accounting support for businesses;
- Financial outsourcing.
Before joining Grant Thornton Portugal, she held finance and accounting positions within service companies.
She holds a degree in Accounting and Management from ISCAL and has been a member of the Portuguese Order of Certified Accountants for more than 25 years.
