Artur Filipe da Silva is a lawyer with 30 years of experience in Corporate and Commercial Law, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Private Equity, Real Estate Law, International Commercial Contracts, including distribution and franchising, and Public Law.
Throughout his career, he has advised national and international investors and corporate groups on the structuring and negotiation of M&A transactions, corporate reorganisations, strategic investments, and the acquisition and development of real estate assets.

Artur Filipe da Silva holds a Law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and has completed several postgraduate programmes in law and management.
